Pure Charity has just released a new feature that will allow you to get more personally involved in fundraising for a cause you’re passionate about!  Instead of simply donating, you can now go a step further and get your own community involved via your own personal fundraiser that connects directly to the original!

Help One Now‘s community has done a great job of utilizing our new feature with their campaign, “Backpacks of Hope.”

 “This December, we will raise $100,000 to empower our six leaders in Haiti, Uganda, Zimbabwe, and Ethiopia by selling 1,000 “backpacks” for $100 each.  

These will not be actual backpacks nor the physical things that backpacks often carry, such as notebooks or pencils.  Rather, we are asking you to invest in what those things represent to students across the world: education, opportunity, HOPE.

Whether you fund a “backpack” yourself, or want to gather your friends, family, and social media tribe to pitch in together,  your support will change the lives of students in Uganda, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, and Haiti! “

How did they use our new feature to allow YOU to help them reach their goal? Help One Now is asking 1,000 people to start a fundraiser and rally their own communities to raise $100 for the cost of one backpack.

So, how does this work?

Simply visit the fundraiser of your choice on Pure Charity and click the orange button that says “Fundraise for this cause.”

Our Fundraiser Wizard will help you create your own personal fundraiser directly connected to the original. Feel free to use the same template, content & images that are provided from the original fundraiser, or, if you want to spice things up, change it up and make it personal!

Once you publish your fundraiser, all donations will automatically be applied to the original fundraiser!
