What Are Trip Requirements and Where to Find Them on Pure Charity?
What Types of Trip Requirements Are There?
Trip requirements on Pure Charity vary depending on the trip and organizing nonprofit, but common examples include liability waivers and release forms, medical information or health forms, passport or travel document uploads, background checks, fundraising minimums (a required amount to raise before the trip), deposit or payment deadlines, and custom forms created by the trip leader for specific trip needs.
Where Do I Find My Trip Requirements?
Step 1: Sign in to your Pure Charity account at purecharity.com/signin.
Step 2: Go to your User Dashboard and find the trip under your Trips section.
Step 3: Click on the trip to open your trip profile.
Step 4: Look for the Requirements tab or section. Each requirement will be listed with its status (complete, incomplete, or pending review).
Step 5: Click on each requirement to complete it, upload documents, or fill out forms as needed.
What Happens If I Don’t Complete My Requirements?
Trip leaders on Pure Charity can set deadlines for requirements. If you don’t complete them by the deadline, you may be unable to participate in the trip, your registration status may be changed, or your trip leader may reach out to follow up. Complete your requirements as early as possible to avoid last-minute issues.
Who Reviews My Submitted Requirements?
Your trip leader or nonprofit admin reviews and approves submitted requirements. You’ll be able to see the status of each requirement (submitted, approved, or needs revision) from your trip profile.
