New Sponsorship Fields: High Priority, Availability, & Health

Give your team richer, more useful sponsorship profiles. Flag the children who need a sponsor most, track how long they have been in your program, and record health details so sponsors understand the person they are supporting.

Four new fields on every sponsorship profile

These fields are managed by your team and sit right on the child’s sponsorship profile, so the information you rely on lives in one place.

  • Available Since is a date for when the child became available in your sponsorship program
  • High Priority is a simple yes or no flag for children your team has identified as a higher priority for sponsorship
  • Health Status is a quick indicator, such as average health or has a disability
  • Disability is a rich text field to describe the health or disability situation in more detail

Managed by your team

You decide what to record and keep it current as circumstances change. Use the fields to:

  • Prioritize outreach and campaigns
  • Keep profiles accurate and complete
  • Give sponsors a fuller, more human picture

Why it matters for your team

A sponsorship profile is only as helpful as the information on it. Without a way to mark who needs a sponsor most or to capture a child’s real circumstances, urgent needs get missed and profiles stay thin. These fields let your team prioritize with intention and present each child as a whole person.

Surface urgent needs

The High Priority flag makes it easy to focus attention and campaigns on the children who need a sponsor most.

See how long they have waited

Available Since shows at a glance who has been in your program longest, so no child is overlooked.

Reflect the whole person

Health Status and the Disability field help profiles show real circumstances, not just a name and a photo.

Report with confidence

Consistent fields give your team cleaner data for prioritizing, matching, and reporting.

How teams use it

  • A coordinator flags children as High Priority and builds a campaign around finding them a sponsor
  • A team reviews Available Since to reconnect with children who have waited the longest
  • Staff record Health Status and add detail in the Disability field so sponsors understand how their support helps

Put the children who need a sponsor first

Every child in your program deserves to be seen. With a clear priority flag and a fuller profile, your team can make sure the children who have waited longest, or who need the most support, are the ones your next campaign lifts up.
