Before You Cancel

Make sure you’ve completed these steps before requesting cancellation:

• Download all reports and data. Export any donation reports, donor information, fundraiser data, sponsorship records, and trip data you may need in the future. Once the account is shut down, this information will no longer be accessible. Learn more about reports.
• Cancel any active packages. If you have WordPress, Salesforce, or other add-on packages, cancel those first. Learn how to cancel a package.
• Notify your team. All admins will be removed from the account during cancellation.

Step-by-Step Cancellation Process

Step 1: Sign in to your Pure Charity account at purecharity.com/signin.

Step 2: Cancel any active packages on your account (WordPress, Salesforce, etc.).

Step 3: Download all data and reports you need to keep. You will not be able to access any of this information after cancellation.

Step 4: Email your account manager or help@purecharity.com to confirm that you want to cancel your Pure Charity Nonprofit Account. The Pure Charity team will assist you with the final steps and process the cancellation.

What Happens When Your Account Is Canceled?

• You will have access to your Nonprofit Dashboard until the last day of your current billing period.
• After cancellation is finalized, all fundraisers, trips, sponsorship programs, and giving circles will be ended.
• All admin users will be removed from the account.
• All active recurring donations to your organization will be canceled.
• You will no longer have access to any features, dashboards, or reports for this nonprofit account.

Can You Reactivate a Canceled Account?
