Pure Charity is built for U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that want a modern, all-in-one platform for online fundraising, donor management, and program administration. Organizations of all sizes use Pure Charity — from grassroots nonprofits to established international organizations.
What Can You Do with Pure Charity?
Once your nonprofit has been approved and your account is verified, you’ll have access to a full suite of tools designed for nonprofit fundraising and operations:
- Online Fundraising — Create and manage fundraising campaigns, accept donations via credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, and bank transfer, and enable peer-to-peer fundraising so your supporters can raise money on your behalf.
- Sponsorship Management — Build and manage one-to-one, multiple, or crowd-funded sponsorship programs with custom profiles, donor matching, and website integration.
- Trip Management — Plan and fundraise for mission trips, medical trips, disaster relief efforts, educational travel, and other humanitarian journeys with built-in registration, payment tracking, and participant management.
- Donor Management — Track donations, manage recurring giving, generate tax receipts and year-end giving statements, and download donor reports.
- Website Integration — Embed fundraisers, sponsorship profiles, and trip registration directly on your nonprofit’s website using WordPress, Salesforce, or iFrame embed codes.
- Reporting & Analytics — Run donation reports, fundraiser summaries, grants reconciliation reports, and sponsorship analytics to understand your fundraising performance.
How to Get Started
Step 1: Schedule a Demo. Visit the Pure Charity website and schedule a meeting with a Partner Impact Specialist. During the demo, you’ll discuss your nonprofit’s needs, goals, and challenges — and learn how Pure Charity can support your mission. Schedule a Demo
Step 2: Complete Requirement Verification. Pure Charity will verify that your organization meets the eligibility requirements for nonprofit partners (501(c)(3) status, good standing with the IRS, Guidestar profile, and alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals).
Step 3: Create Your Accounts. First, create a personal User Account at purecharity.com/signup. Then, create your Nonprofit Account (called a “Field Partner” account on Pure Charity) to access your organization’s dashboard.
Step 4: Onboarding & Training. Pure Charity assigns an Implementation Manager to guide you through a customized onboarding plan. Training covers account setup, fundraiser creation, donor management, sponsorship programs, trip management, and integrations — tailored to the features your nonprofit needs.
Step 5: Launch. Once onboarding is complete, you’re ready to create your first fundraiser, set up sponsorship programs, or launch a trip — and start raising money for your mission.
What Does Pure Charity Cost?
Pure Charity charges a monthly platform fee based on which services your nonprofit uses, plus a per-transaction processing fee that covers credit card processing, year-end tax receipting, system maintenance, and administrative costs.
