How to Delete a Payment Method on Pure Charity

Pure Charity allows you to delete saved payment methods from your Giving Account when they’re no longer needed. This includes credit cards, debit cards, and bank account information that you’ve previously used for donations.

How to Delete a Payment Method

Step 1: Sign in to your Pure Charity account at purecharity.com/signin.

Step 2: From your User Dashboard, navigate to your Payment Methods or Account Settings section.

Step 3: Find the payment method you want to remove.

Step 4: Click “Delete” or “Remove” next to the payment method.

Step 5: Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Important: Active Recurring Donations

If the payment method you’re deleting is attached to an active recurring donation, you’ll need to either update the recurring donation to a different payment method or cancel the recurring donation first. Deleting a payment method with active subscriptions may cause your recurring donations to fail.
