How to Cancel a Recurring ACH Donation
Step 1: Sign in to your Pure Charity account at purecharity.com/signin.
Step 2: From your User Dashboard, navigate to your Recurring Donations section.
Step 3: Find the recurring ACH donation you want to cancel.
Step 4: Click “Cancel” next to the donation.
Step 5: Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Need to Edit the Amount?
To change the amount of a recurring ACH donation, you’ll typically need to cancel the existing recurring donation and set up a new one at the desired amount.
Legacy ACH Donations
If your recurring ACH donation was set up before April 15, 2024, the cancellation process may require additional steps. Contact the Pure Charity Support Team at help@purecharity.com for assistance with legacy ACH donations.
