Donation Does Not Appear on Your Pure Charity Giving Statement
Common Reasons a Donation Might Not Appear
- Different email accounts — You may have made the donation while logged into a different Pure Charity account, or as a guest without signing in. Donations are tied to the email address used at the time of the transaction.
- Processing delay — PayPal bank transfers and check donations can take several business days to fully process and appear in your records.
- Donation made in a different calendar year — Year-end giving statements only include donations from that specific calendar year. Check that you’re viewing the correct year’s statement.
- Anonymous donation — If you donated anonymously, the donation is still recorded in your account but may display differently.
How to Find a Missing Donation
Step 1: Sign in to your Pure Charity account and check your Giving History for the donation in question.
Step 2: Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the original donation receipt, which will confirm the email address and account the donation was made under.
Step 3: If the donation was made under a different email, try signing in with that email address instead.
Step 4: If you still can’t find the donation, contact the Pure Charity Support Team at help@purecharity.com with the date, amount, and recipient of the donation.
