Our Team

Mike has 14+ years of nonprofit experience focused on issues of homelessness, community development, job creation, human trafficking, refugee resettlement, disability, and more.  He has founded four nonprofits, worked with over 50+ nonprofit founders, and served on more than ten Nonprofit Boards of Directors.

Prior to Pure Charity, Mike worked for Nickelodeon, The Walt Disney Company, Hershey Foods, Walmart Stores, and served in the United States Marine Corps.  He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas College of Computer Science and Computer Engineering.

Supporting the work of nonprofits is a way of life for Kristin.  She has spent more than a decade working for the advancement of human dignity, and respect and deeply desires basic needs of every human to be met.  

It was out of her work in Malawi, Africa, that Pure Charity began.  She was on the ground in 2008 working in rural areas when she encountered first hand, many of the challenges that create difficulty for countless nonprofit organizations. With a firmly held belief that these issues could be solved, Kristin was instrumental in setting in motion a plan that would become what Pure Charity is today.

Beverly has been a Ruby and PHP software engineer for more than 12 years with a focus on security and data privacy compliance. She enjoys giving back to the community through open source projects in Elixir and Node.js.

She is the founder of the Railsbridge Northwest Florida chapter and RubyFriends developer community group. She has been a presenter at the Women’s Internet Safety outreach, Ancient City Ruby workshops, and more. In her spare time she is actively involved in writing curriculum and serving in mentor programs for underserved community groups and students.

Collin has more than a decade of nonprofit experience.  He is passionate about how nonprofit efforts in the areas of community development, job creation, and micro-finance can impact issues of justice and equality.

Prior to Pure Charity, he worked in a digital consultancy and a creative agency.  In those roles, he serviced some of the worlds best brands including Disney, British Air, Volkswagen, Southwest, United Airlines, Amazon.com and more.  He is a graduate of the University of Delaware with degrees in Anthropology and Psychology.  It is a little known fact that he, not Al Gore, invented the internet.

​Wes has over 10 years experience both leading in and founding non profits as well as an extensive background in client relationship management.

He has a heart for people and enjoys serving those that serve others.

He and his wife recently moved back to the North West Arkansas area. When they are not working on home projects they are mountain biking or driving around looking for their next favorite restaurant.
