How to Deactivate or Close Your Pure Charity Giving Account
Before You Close Your Account
Make sure you’ve completed these steps first: download any donation receipts and year-end giving statements you need for tax purposes, cancel any active recurring donations (otherwise they will continue to process), and note that closing your Giving Account is separate from canceling a Nonprofit Account.
How to Close Your Giving Account
Step 1: Cancel any active recurring donations from your User Dashboard.
Step 2: Download any receipts or giving statements you need.
Step 3: Contact the Pure Charity Support Team at help@purecharity.com and request that your Giving Account be deactivated or closed.
The Pure Charity team will process your request and confirm once the account has been closed.
