How to Cancel or Edit a Recurring ACH Donation on Pure Charity

If you set up a recurring ACH (bank transfer) donation on Pure Charity and need to cancel or modify it, you can manage it from your User Dashboard. The process may differ slightly from canceling a credit card recurring donation depending on when the ACH subscription was set up.

How to Cancel a Recurring ACH Donation

Step 1: Sign in to your Pure Charity account at purecharity.com/signin.

Step 2: From your User Dashboard, navigate to your Recurring Donations section.

Step 3: Find the recurring ACH donation you want to cancel.

Step 4: Click “Cancel” next to the donation.

Step 5: Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Need to Edit the Amount?

To change the amount of a recurring ACH donation, you’ll typically need to cancel the existing recurring donation and set up a new one at the desired amount.

Legacy ACH Donations
