Individual Donation Receipts

• Online donations (credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal): Donors automatically receive a receipt by email immediately after their donation is processed.
• Check donations with an email on file: Donors receive a receipt by email once the check has been processed.
• Check donations without an email on file: Donors will not receive an individual receipt until the year-end statement is mailed to them.

Monthly Statements

Monthly giving statements are available to donors immediately following each month. Donors can access their monthly statements by logging into their Pure Charity account at purecharity.com/account/statements.

Year-End Giving Statements

Year-end statements — which donors need for tax deduction purposes — are available by January 31st each year.

• Donors with an email on file: Receive an email with a link to access their year-end statement online.
• Donors without an email on file: Receive their year-end statement via physical mail.

Donors can also access their year-end statements at any time by logging into their Pure Charity account.
