Donation Did Not Process or Complete on Pure Charity
Common Reasons Donations Fail
- Expired credit card — Your card may have expired since you last used it. Update your payment method and try again.
- Insufficient funds — Your card or bank account may not have enough available balance to cover the donation.
- Card declined by issuer — Your bank or credit card company may have blocked the transaction. Contact your card issuer to authorize the charge, then try again.
- Incorrect card information — Double-check that the card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address are entered correctly.
- Browser or connection issue — If the page timed out or your internet connection dropped during the transaction, the donation may not have been submitted. Check your email for a confirmation receipt before trying again to avoid duplicate charges.
What to Do If Your Donation Failed
Step 1: Check your email for a donation receipt. If you received one, the donation was processed successfully even if the page didn’t confirm it.
Step 2: If no receipt was received, try the donation again — making sure your payment information is correct and up to date.
Step 3: If the issue persists, try a different payment method (credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal).
Step 4: If none of the above works, contact the Pure Charity Support Team at help@purecharity.com with details about the error you’re experiencing.
