Donation Did Not Process or Complete on Pure Charity

If your donation on Pure Charity did not process or complete successfully, there are several common reasons and solutions. Most failed donations are caused by payment method issues that can be resolved quickly.

Common Reasons Donations Fail

  • Expired credit card — Your card may have expired since you last used it. Update your payment method and try again.
  • Insufficient funds — Your card or bank account may not have enough available balance to cover the donation.
  • Card declined by issuer — Your bank or credit card company may have blocked the transaction. Contact your card issuer to authorize the charge, then try again.
  • Incorrect card information — Double-check that the card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address are entered correctly.
  • Browser or connection issue — If the page timed out or your internet connection dropped during the transaction, the donation may not have been submitted. Check your email for a confirmation receipt before trying again to avoid duplicate charges.

What to Do If Your Donation Failed

Step 1: Check your email for a donation receipt. If you received one, the donation was processed successfully even if the page didn’t confirm it.

Step 2: If no receipt was received, try the donation again — making sure your payment information is correct and up to date.

Step 3: If the issue persists, try a different payment method (credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal).

Step 4: If none of the above works, contact the Pure Charity Support Team at help@purecharity.com with details about the error you’re experiencing.
