Pure Charity Donation Refund Policy
How to Request a Donation Refund
Contact the Pure Charity Support Team at help@purecharity.com with the following information: your name, the email address on your Pure Charity account, the date of the donation, the donation amount, the fundraiser or organization the donation was made to, and the reason for the refund request.
The Pure Charity team will review your request and respond with next steps. Refund processing times vary depending on the payment method used and how long ago the donation was made.
Important Notes About Refunds
Refund availability may depend on whether the donated funds have already been disbursed to the nonprofit organization. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. PayPal and ACH refunds may take longer depending on your bank’s processing times.
