How to Update Your Personal Information
Step 1: Sign in to your Pure Charity account at purecharity.com/signin.
Step 2: From your User Dashboard, navigate to Account Settings or Edit Profile.
Step 3: Update the fields you need to change — name, email, address, or phone number.
Step 4: Click “Save Changes” to apply the updates.
Changing Your Email Address
If you change your email address, your new email will become your login credential for Pure Charity. Make sure you have access to the new email address before making the change, as future login links and donation receipts will be sent there.
