How to Download a Donation Receipt on Pure Charity

Pure Charity automatically sends donation receipts via email for every contribution. If you need to re-download a receipt or access receipts for multiple donations, you can find them in your User Dashboard.

How to Download a Donation Receipt

Step 1: Sign in to your Pure Charity account at purecharity.com/signin.

Step 2: From your User Dashboard, navigate to your Giving History or Donations section.

Step 3: Find the specific donation you need a receipt for.

Step 4: Click “Download Receipt” or “View Receipt” to access the donation receipt.

Can’t Find Your Receipt Email?

If you didn’t receive a donation receipt email, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, you can always download receipts from your User Dashboard. You can also contact the Pure Charity Support Team to have a receipt re-sent to your email.

Year-End Giving Statements

For tax purposes, Pure Charity also provides year-end giving statements that summarize all donations made during the calendar year. These are available from your User Dashboard in January.
