How to Cancel a Recurring Donation on Pure Charity (Credit Card, Apple Pay, PayPal)

Pure Charity allows donors to cancel their recurring donations at any time from their User Dashboard. This applies to recurring donations made via credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal.

How to Cancel a Recurring Donation

Step 1: Sign in to your Pure Charity account at purecharity.com/signin.

Step 2: From your User Dashboard, navigate to your Recurring Donations section.

Step 3: Find the recurring donation you want to cancel.

Step 4: Click “Cancel” next to the recurring donation.

Step 5: Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Your recurring donation will be stopped and no future charges will be processed. Any donations already processed will not be refunded through this cancellation — if you need a refund for a past donation, contact the Pure Charity Support Team.

Can I Restart a Canceled Recurring Donation?

If you change your mind, you can set up a new recurring donation to the same fundraiser or sponsorship at any time by visiting the campaign page and going through the donation process again.
