Mike Rusch
Mike has 14+ years of nonprofit experience focused on issues of homelessness, community development, job creation, human trafficking, refugee resettlement, disability, and more. He has founded four nonprofits, worked with over 50+ nonprofit founders, and served on more than ten Nonprofit Boards of Directors.
Prior to Pure Charity, Mike worked for Nickelodeon, The Walt Disney Company, Hershey Foods, Walmart Stores, and served in the United States Marine Corps. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas College of Computer Science and Computer Engineering.
Kristin Copher Buse
Supporting the work of nonprofits is a way of life for Kristin. She has spent more than a decade working for the advancement of human dignity, and respect and deeply desires basic needs of every human to be met.
It was out of her work in Malawi, Africa, that Pure Charity began. She was on the ground in 2008 working in rural areas when she encountered first hand, many of the challenges that create difficulty for countless nonprofit organizations. With a firmly held belief that these issues could be solved, Kristin was instrumental in setting in motion a plan that would become what Pure Charity is today.
