Getting Started with your Giving Account

How do I claim my Pure Charity account?

If you are new to using Pure Charity or have already donated to a partner nonprofit, an email was sent asking you to claim your Pure Charity account. This email will prompt you to create a password and then will automatically log you into your Pure Charity account.  From this point on, you can use your email and password to log in and out of Pure Charity to access your Giving Account.

If you did not claim your Giving Account profile, you can do so by going through the Forgot Password process to gain access.
